My Bio
I was born in March of 1976 in San German, Puerto Rico. I’m the third child in a family of ten; I currently live in north/east Philadelphia by myself. My experiences in school were not that exciting to speak of, except for my inherent ability to draw. I always had difficulties from the beginning because of my learning disability; my schools in Camden NJ didn’t realize that I had dyslexia, (and that it took me a little longer to understand what was being taught to me) I was very shy in school but became somewhat popular since I could draw anything that was suggested to me from fantasy to realism. I also earned several awards including one for seat belt safety in a drawing contest in middle school.

I later went to night school to learn more about my artistic ability but became uninterested because I had already learned what they were trying to teach me on my own. When it came to art it seemed that I was a natural for some reason. After school I enrolled in the art instruction school (a home based school) and a computer graphic artist course from the same school and earned a certificate in the fundamentals of art and a diploma in computer graphics. My goal is to earn my bachelor’s degree in graphic design and be employed in the art field as an illustrator since it deals with so many different phases of art Design, Branding and Advertising.

I also have written a number of short stories based on my own graphic novel with me as the protagonist.

Drawing
I thought of a number of things prior to this post but never thought to write them down as you can see. As you have or have not realized, I haven't been posting any new stuff but I have been drawing. My biggest challenge was the female anatomy and extreme perspective, I'm happy to say that the female anatomy doesn't elude me anymore. Yet, this type of perspective is still a bit tricky to me. To be honest it seems to me that I'm living through the exploits of other artist, every time I visit this site. I'm always amazed at what other artist are doing and achieving with their talents. First off I'm a self-taught artist from childhood but could
